Mobile Point

Mobile Point is right on Palam Main Road, over at 161/10 in Joga Bai. It’s a small shop, honestly, but we manage to fit a lot into it. We mostly handle phones and the bits and pieces that go with them. You know how it is, someone drops their phone and needs a screen fixed or they need a new charger because the old one frayed. We spend a lot of time looking at tiny screws and circuit boards. It’s a bit crowded behind the counter, but we know where everything is kept. The traffic on the main road can be pretty loud throughout the day, so we usually have some music playing inside to drown it out a bit. We get a lot of people just walking in from the street. Some are regulars who live nearby and some are just passing through Joga Bai and need a quick fix. We aren't a big chain store with matching uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Sometimes we’re waiting on parts to arrive, and the shelf gets a bit dusty, but we keep the tools ready. It's a simple setup. We open up in the morning, drink some tea, and start seeing who comes in. It’s been our routine for a long time now and we're used to the pace of the neighborhood. We don't overthink things, we just fix the phones.
