We are located at shop 19 in Jwala Heri Market, right in the middle of Paschim Vihar. It’s a busy spot and there is always something going on outside the door. Most of the day is spent looking through a magnifying glass at tiny motherboards or trying to peel off old screen protectors that have shattered into a hundred pieces. It’s a small shop but we keep it busy. People come in with phones that have been dropped in water or just won't turn on for some reason. I usually have a few different repair jobs going on at the same time on my desk. There’s a lot of cables and parts scattered around, but I know where everything is. The market gets really crowded in the evenings, so that’s usually when people drop by after work. Sometimes it’s just someone needing a new charging cable because their cat chewed the old one. We carry a bunch of different cases too, mostly the sturdy ones because everyone seems to drop their phones these days. I don’t have a big team, just a couple of us here making sure things get fixed. It’s not fancy, just a regular shop with some stools and a glass counter. I’ve been working here long enough that I know most of the other shopkeepers around. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather while waiting for the next customer to walk in. It is just the way things work around here.
