Mobile Communication

Our shop is right there at Subhash Chowk in Lakshmi Nagar, specifically F-S51/309. It’s a very busy intersection, and there’s always someone shouting or a horn honking right outside the door. Inside, we deal with all the things people need for their phones. It could be a new SIM card, a quick recharge, or a screen protector that needs to be put on without any bubbles. We have rows of cases on the walls, mostly just basic ones that people use every day. It’s a fast-paced environment because people are always in a rush in Lakshmi Nagar. They want their phones fixed or their accounts topped up immediately. We spend our days hunched over small counters, dealing with plastic and glass. It’s often quite hot in the shop when the afternoon sun hits the front glass. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a counter and some stools for the customers. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can't do the digital recharges, which makes things a bit slow. We’ve seen a lot of different phone models come and go over the years. It’s just us here, doing what we do every day. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the phones working again so people can get on with their lives. The shop stays open late most nights because that's when it's busiest.
