Our office is tucked away in Devoli Village. If you're coming from New Delhi, it's a bit of a drive into the village area, but that's where we've always been. We handle transport stuff, mostly moving things from one place to another. We have a few trucks and drivers who know the routes pretty well. It’s dusty work sometimes. The office is small, just enough for a couple of desks and some files. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the vehicles are or if the delivery got there on time. Sometimes there are delays with the traffic in Delhi, which is always a headache for us. We try to keep track of everything, but things happen on the road. We’ve been operating out of 110062 for quite some years. It's a local business. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to make sure the goods get moved. My brother and I usually handle the bookings. If a driver calls out sick, we have to scramble. That’s just how it is. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or seeing our trucks around. It's a busy life, always looking at maps and schedules. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the late-night shifts to finish. It’s just us doing our job every day.
