Mnc

We’re based right here in New Delhi, working under the name Mnc. It’s a bit of a funny name because it just stands for multi-national company, but that’s how we’re listed in the books. People often think that working for an MNC means fancy glass offices and expensive suits, but for us, it’s mostly just a lot of hours at the computer and meetings that go on for too long. The office is located in a busy part of the city, so the commute can be a real headache some days, especially when the rains hit or the Metro is packed with people. We have a pretty diverse group of people in the office, all doing different tasks. Some are on the phones, some are doing tech work, and others are just trying to keep the records organized for the higher-ups. It’s a big mix. We have a small break area where we gather to complain about the traffic or talk about what we’re doing over the weekend. The desks are usually covered in post-it notes and half-empty water bottles. It’s not a perfect setup, but we make it work. We have to follow a lot of procedures and rules, which can be a bit annoying sometimes, but that’s just how these big companies operate. We just try to get through our daily tasks and help each other out when someone gets stuck on a project. It’s a lot of routine, but the people here are good.
