Mnc Cargo/Couries Company is based on the first floor of A-337 in Palam Vihar. Gurgaon is always moving fast, and we are right in the middle of it. Our business is all about packages and boxes. Every morning, the vans arrive and we start sorting through what needs to go where. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting crates and checking labels. The office isn't very quiet because there’s always someone hauling something or a printer going off. We handle cargo for all sorts of people, from individuals sending a small gift to businesses moving big loads. Palam Vihar is a good location for us because it’s easy to get to the main roads. We don't have a glossy reception area. Instead, we have scales, tape dispensers, and heaps of bubble wrap. It’s an honest way to make a living. Sometimes things get delayed because of traffic or weather, and we have to explain that to customers. We try to be direct and just tell people the situation. Most of our staff have been doing this for years, so they know how to pack things so they don't break. It’s just a regular courier shop doing its job every day. No frills, just moving stuff from point A to point B. We don't have time for fancy talk when there are trucks waiting to be loaded and delivery deadlines to meet by the end of the shift. We just get it sorted.
