We are located in the Betwa Bhawan Compound in Jhansi. Mnc Automation Pvt. Ltd. has been set up here for some time now. Jhansi is a place with a lot of history, and our compound is tucked away in a spot that most locals know. It’s not a massive industrial park, just a dedicated compound where we can focus on our automation work. We have some workshops and a small office area. It gets quite dusty around here, so we are always cleaning the equipment. The team is small, mostly people from around the Jhansi area. We walk or bike to work usually. The compound has a few other businesses too, so it’s not just us. We share the space and keep to ourselves mostly. When we have a big project, the lights stay on late into the evening. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. Just some chairs and a desk where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get the job done eventually. We like the pace of life here. It’s not as rushed as the big metros. We know the people at the local tea stall and they know us. It’s a straightforward setup for a technical business. We focus on the machines and the logic behind them. It's quiet work, mostly, but we enjoy the challenge of it every day.
