You will find us at H.No. 43 in B-Block, Najafgarh. It’s a bit of a trek from the center of New Delhi, but this is where we’ve always been. The office is basically a small room in a house. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for customers, and a wall full of posters showing different parts of the world. Most of our work involves booking train tickets or flights for people in the neighborhood. Najafgarh is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we get a lot of walk-ins who just want to ask about prices. We use a couple of old printers that make a lot of noise when they’re spitting out tickets. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. We don't have a website that does much, we prefer talking to people face to face. It’s more personal that way. We've helped a lot of families plan their first big trips. My cousin helps me with the accounts sometimes. It’s a small, family-run kind of thing. The traffic on the main road can be a nightmare, so we usually stay late to avoid the worst of it. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just try to help people get where they need to go without too much trouble and hope the internet stays connected.
