Mistral International (I)

Mistral International (I) is based at 1/4823 on Street Number 13 in the Balbir Nagar Extension of Shahdara. It’s a busy part of Delhi and our office fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. We mostly deal with moving goods and handling the logistics of shipping. It’s a lot of boxes and tape and checking labels over and over again. We started small and we’ve stayed that way, working out of this spot for quite a while now. The street outside is usually crowded with delivery carts and people walking, which makes loading things a bit of a challenge sometimes. We don't have a big fancy showroom. Most of our work is done on the phone or over email, talking to suppliers and trying to figure out where a shipment has gone off to. It can be stressful when things are delayed at the port, but we just keep calling until we get an answer. We don't have any corporate slogans or mission statements. We just show up in the morning, check what needs to go out, and get to it. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in. It’s just me and a couple of others here. We know our neighbors and we’ve been part of the Shahdara community for a long time. It’s just regular work for regular people, and we try to do it right every single day we are here.
