Mishu Hospitality

We are based in Okhla, New Delhi. Our place is at F-13, Thokhar No 4, in the Abul Fazal Enclave. This is a very lively and busy part of the city. There’s always people on the streets and it can get quite loud outside. We handle hospitality services, which means we spend our time looking after guests and making sure they have what they need for their stay. It’s not a big fancy corporate office. We just have a small space where we manage the bookings and talk to the staff. We’ve been in Okhla for a while and we know the area pretty well. Sometimes the traffic is so bad that it takes forever for supplies to get to us, but we just plan around it. Our team is like a small family. We don't have formal meetings; we just talk about what needs to be done over a cup of tea. We aren't trying to be a massive hotel chain with polished advertisements. We just provide a practical service for people who are coming through this part of Delhi. The building is a bit old and we are always fixing something, whether it’s a leaky tap or a light that won't turn on. That’s just part of the daily routine here. We just do our work and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by our office.
