We are set up over at S-11, specifically in Module-8 of the Manglam building. This is in Abhaykhand-3, which is part of the Indirapuram area in Ghaziabad. It’s a fairly modern part of town compared to some others, but it still has that busy, lived-in feel. Our office is where we handle a lot of the paperwork and questions related to small and medium businesses. You won’t find any marble floors or gold-plated signs here. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up on shelves. People come in looking for advice or needing to get their registrations sorted out. We try to help them navigate the forms and the various steps they need to take. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up, which can be a bit of a headache when people are waiting. The staff here has been around for a while, so we’ve seen all sorts of business ideas come through the door. Indirapuram is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people from across Ghaziabad to reach. We take our lunches together sometimes when it’s not too hectic. It’s a lot of talking to people and listening to their stories about starting up their own shops or small factories. We just keep our heads down and try to get through the pile of applications every week without making too many mistakes.
