You can find Minar Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. at A-3 in the New Adarsh Society. We are located at Plot 22 in Sec 10 of Dwarka. It is a pretty quiet spot for New Delhi, which we appreciate. The office is inside a residential society, so it feels very secure and calm compared to the main roads. We have a few rooms where we have set up our desks and computers. It is not a flashy corporate headquarters. We have some old posters of different places in India on the walls and some stacks of travel brochures that have been there for years. We spend most of our time on the phone or responding to emails. There is always a pot of tea being made in the small kitchen area. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It is just a small team of us who have worked together for a long time. We know each other's families and we often share snacks during the afternoon. The society has some nice trees outside our windows, which is a nice change from the concrete. We have a very relaxed way of working. There are no fancy speeches or polished presentations here. We just sit down, do our jobs, and try to make sure everything is handled correctly. It is a steady, honest kind of place to work in a nice part of Dwarka. We just keep things moving.
