Mike Square Cafe Restaurant In Cyprus(E.U.)

Our office is based at 2/76 on the 1st floor in Nirankari Colony, Delhi. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re here, it’s a decent little space. Even though we are right here in Delhi, a lot of our focus is on our restaurant and cafe work over in Cyprus. It’s a bit of an odd mix, being in a local colony while thinking about the Mediterranean, but it’s what we do. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some maps on the wall and a few pictures of the cafe, but mostly it is just desks and laptops. We spend a lot of time on emails and calls, coordinating things across different time zones. Navdeep handles a lot of the main stuff from here. The area outside is usually full of people and the sounds of the city, which is a big contrast to the quiet cafe vibe we deal with overseas. We don't have a fancy kitchen here or anything like that, just a small kettle for our own coffee. It’s a practical office where we manage the business side of things. We aren't trying to look like a big international corporation. We are just a small team working out of a 1st-floor flat in Delhi, trying to make sure everything at the restaurant is going well. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy the challenge of it.
