Midtown Travels Private Limited

Midtown Travels is based in Yamuna Vihar, at C-6/454. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a long time now. It’s a family-oriented area, and our business reflects that. We aren't a big travel corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here in the office handling everything from train tickets to holiday packages. The office is pretty basic. We have shelves full of old travel brochures and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone, often arguing with airlines or checking on hotel bookings. It’s just the nature of the travel business in Delhi. We try to be honest with people about what to expect when they travel. If a place is crowded or overrated, we’ll tell them. We think people appreciate that more than a glossy brochure. Yamuna Vihar is our home, and most of our customers are our neighbors. We see them at the market or in the park, so we have to do a good job. We don’t have a flashy website or a big marketing budget. Most people find us because someone they know told them we were alright. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a decent living and we like the people we meet. There’s always something new to learn about a destination, so things never get too boring around here.
