Micky Telecom Centre

Micky Telecom Centre is located on Gurudwara Road in Malviya Nagar, specifically at L-56.A. This is a very lively area to work in because of the temple nearby and all the shops selling clothes and food. We have been here for a good amount of time, and we have seen the street change a lot. Our shop is quite narrow, with shelves lining both walls from the floor to the ceiling. We keep all sorts of mobile accessories and parts there. There is a small counter where we sit and help people with their phone problems. Often, the street outside is so busy that cars have a hard time passing each other, so there is a lot of noise. We have a small stool behind the counter that creaks every time you move. The floor is tiled but some of the edges are chipped. Customers come in with cracked screens or phones that won’t turn on, and we do our best to look at them right there. We usually have a cricket match playing on a small TV in the corner if there is a game on. It makes the day go by faster. In the evenings, the lights on Gurudwara Road come on and the whole place feels different. We usually close up once the crowds start to thin out. It is a busy life but we like being right in the middle of Malviya Nagar where everything is happening.
