Micky Communication

Micky Communication is just a small shop here on Malviya Nagar Gurudwara Road. We are at L-57A, right in the middle of all the noise and people moving about. It’s been quite a few years since we started doing this. The shop isn’t very big, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. Most days are pretty much the same, opening up the shutters around ten in the morning and seeing who walks in. Being near the Gurudwara means there’s always someone passing by. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to raise our voices to hear each other. We handle a lot of phone stuff, basic things mostly. It’s not like those big fancy stores in the malls where everything is shiny and white. Here, things are a bit cluttered and we know where everything is even if it looks like a mess to someone else. My nephew comes in to help when it gets really busy in the evenings. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the neighbors. Usually, people are in a hurry, but some regulars stay for a bit to talk about the weather or the local news. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us trying to keep things running. It gets hot in the summer because the sun hits the front of the shop directly, but we have a small cooler that does its best. We are just a local spot for local people.
