Mgs Hospitality is based out of C-2324 in Sushant Lok Phase-1. That’s over in Gurgaon, Haryana. It’s a residential-feeling area but with a lot of new businesses moving in lately. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees or a glass tower. We are just a small team of people who manage different hospitality services for properties around here. The office is pretty basic and functional. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We spend our days talking to property owners and making sure guests are being taken care of properly. It’s a lot of logistics and checking on things like plumbing or whether the cleaning crew showed up on time this morning. We don't have any big mission statements or motivational posters on the walls. We just want to make sure the places we manage are running the way they should for the people staying there. Gurgaon can be a stressful place with all the traffic and the fast pace of life, so we try to keep things grounded and simple here in our office. If someone has a problem, they call us up and we try to fix it as fast as possible. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we have to deal with grumpy people, but that's just the hospitality business. We live in the area too, so we know the local issues well.
