658 Hamilton Road is where we are located. It’s a simple building that we have occupied for a while now. We work on vacation plans and travel arrangements for folks. Looking at the office, you wouldn't see anything special. Basic furniture and a few computers are all we need to get things done. We aren't the kind of company that spends a lot on fancy decor. We focus on the work we have to do. Hamilton Road is a decent area. It can get a bit busy during the rush hour, but it’s usually okay. We have a small team here. Everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. If the phone rings and someone is busy, someone else just picks it up. We don't have a fancy switchboard. We deal with people directly. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when we have to sort out a problem with a booking, but we just stay calm and get it done. We don't have a corporate script that we follow. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. We’ve had some of the same customers for years because they know they can just call us up. It’s a straightforward business. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to be honest about what we can do. It’s a quiet life for the most part, and we like the routine. It's a decent way to make a living and we've met nice people.
