Metro Travels

Our travel office is at 8/98 Ramesh Nagar in New Delhi, 110015. We have been at this address for a long time, and we know the area very well. At Metro Travels, we spend our days looking at maps and booking tickets for people who want to go somewhere new. The office is small and filled with brochures and old posters. It is not a very formal place. We usually have the radio on in the background and someone is almost always on the phone. Ramesh Nagar is a busy place, so there is always something happening outside our window. We don't have any big promotional language to share. We just talk to people like neighbors and try to help them find what they are looking for. Sometimes the computer system is slow or a customer is in a big hurry, and we just do our best to handle it. The desks are usually covered in notebooks and pens. We like the fact that we are in a real neighborhood where people stop by just to say hello. It feels more personal than being in a giant call center. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of all the bookings. It is a simple job, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We are just a local business trying to do our part in this part of Delhi.
