Metro Travels Karol Bagh

Even though the name says Karol Bagh, you’ll actually find us over in Rohini, Sector 5. We are located at B-7-153. It’s a bit of a mix-up for people who don't know us, but we’ve been in this part of North Delhi for a good while. The office for Metro Travels Karol Bagh is right there in the residential blocks, so it feels like a neighborhood spot. There’s always someone walking by or kids playing outside in the lane. We don’t have a big neon sign, just a small place where we handle travel stuff for whoever drops in. Most of our day is spent on the computer, looking up routes or sorting out tickets. It gets busy in the afternoons when people finish their jobs and start calling us. Rohini is a big area, and Sector 5 has its own rhythm. We’ve got our desks pushed against the walls to make more room for everyone. It’s not a corporate setup at all. There are piles of paper and old calendars on the walls. We drink a lot of tea while we work. Sometimes the printer jams or we have to wait for the power to come back on, but we keep going. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just sit here in Rohini and try to get things sorted for the people who come to us. It’s been this way for years now, and we like the local feel. It's just how we work.
