You can find us inside the Metro Mall on Arya Samaj Road in Karol Bagh. We are in shop 32/33, which is part of the 12/16 W.E.A. block. Being in a mall means it’s always busy, especially on the weekends. We deal with mobile phones mostly. People come in when their screen is cracked or they need a new charger. We also do recharges and help people figure out their phone settings. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up throughout the day. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes and display the accessories. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the mall change quite a bit. Karol Bagh is always a hectic area to work in, but we like the energy. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the mall, just a place where you can get your phone sorted without a fuss. Sometimes we run out of a certain model or a specific screen protector and have to wait for the delivery guy to show up. It's just the daily routine of running a shop. We talk to all sorts of people every day. Most just want a quick fix so they can get back to their shopping or work. We stay open pretty late to match the mall hours and it keeps us on our toes.
