Metro Grill Restaurant And Bar is our place, and we are based at Rz-J-1/60 Chankya Place Part-I, down Gali Number 37 on Pankha Road. It’s a bit of a trek to find us if you’re coming from the main part of Pitampura, but we’ve been at this location for some time. Sandeep Kumar and the rest of the crew handle the day-to-day things here. The street is quite narrow, so you have to be careful driving through. It’s a very local atmosphere here on Pankha Road. We aren't one of those shiny, expensive restaurants you see in the malls. We're much more down-to-earth. The building is older, and we’ve had to fix the plumbing a few times. We just serve food and drinks to whoever comes in. We don't have a big marketing budget or flashy signs. Most of our regulars are people who live in the neighborhood. They know where we are and what we do. It’s a simple setup with tables, chairs, and a small bar area. We try to keep the music at a decent volume so people can actually talk. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run out of certain items on the menu, but that’s just how it goes in a small business. We’re just here doing our best in this corner of Delhi. We don't have fancy chefs in tall hats, just people who know how to cook a good, honest meal.
