Our place is L-1/ 148 A in the D.D.A. Flats in Kalkaji. Kalkaji is a huge area, and these flats are everywhere. We are in one of the older blocks. It’s a ground-floor spot, which is great for moving boxes in and out since we do a lot of distribution. The space is mostly filled with crates and packages waiting to go out. There isn't much room for anything else. We have one small corner with a desk and a computer where we keep track of the inventory. It is usually quite dusty because of all the cardboard and the street outside. We are right by the main walkway, so we see the neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing every afternoon. It’s a very residential vibe, even though we are running a business out of it. We drink our tea outside on the steps when the weather is nice. The work is mostly physical, lifting and sorting things all day. We don't have a fancy storefront or anything to show off. People who need us usually know exactly where to find the L-1 block. It’s a bit cluttered and busy, but we know where everything is. It’s just our little spot in the middle of Kalkaji. Sometimes the delivery trucks struggle to navigate the narrow lanes inside the residential complex, but we always manage to get things loaded up on time.
