Our office is in Quarter Number T-88 within the Hariharnath Colony in Sonpur. This is in the Saran district of Bihar. It’s a colony setting, so it’s quite different from a commercial business park. We use this space for the airline's administrative and operational tasks. The rooms are basic, and we have desks set up for the computers and the filing cabinets. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for when people are coming and going for their shifts. We deal with a lot of logs and technical documents here. The building is an older style, typical for the colonies in this region. We don’t have any modern art or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the roads nearby, so we are always cleaning off our desks. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know how the routine goes. The work is mostly about keeping things moving on schedule. We don't really have a public lobby, as it’s more of a back-office kind of setup. We just come in, do the flight-related admin, and keep the records straight. It’s a very grounded and practical environment. We don't worry about sounding corporate; we just focus on making sure the day's work is finished properly before we head home to our families in the evening.
