We’ve been running Meru Kailash Tour Pvt Ltd for a while now from our office in Sarojini Nagar. Rajneesh Singh is the one in charge here at C-351. It is a pretty busy neighborhood in New Delhi, especially with the market nearby, but our spot is a bit more tucked away. We don't have a massive team with fancy suits or anything like that. It is mostly just a few of us sitting around desks, answering phones, and trying to get travel plans sorted for whoever calls in. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. We handle a lot of different trips, mostly helping people figure out where to go and how to get there without too much trouble. It is not like those big corporate offices you see in movies. If a car is late or a hotel has an issue, we spend our time on the phone getting it fixed. That is just the way it goes in the travel business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to make sure the people who book with us actually have a good time. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy.
