Mercury Car Rentals Ltd is based out of Noida, specifically at 73-C, Sector - 53. We are located within the Kanchanjungha Apartments. It is a bit different because we are in a residential complex. It makes things feel more relaxed. We have a small office where we keep the car keys and all the rental agreements. Most of our work is about scheduling cars and making sure they are ready for the next person. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones talking to drivers. The office itself is simple. We have a couple of computers and a printer that jams once in a while. Since we are in Sector 53, it’s a bit quieter than the commercial hubs of Noida. We know many of the residents in Kanchanjungha because we see them every day. We don’t have a big showroom. Our business is mostly done through calls and then meeting people with the cars. Sometimes we are washing a car or checking the oil in the parking lot. It is a very practical business. We don’t have a fancy dress code. We just wear what is comfortable for a day of running around. It is just a few of us making sure people can get a car when they need one. That is our setup here in Noida. It works for us and for the people we help.
