Mercury Car Rental

So, we’re based out of Okhla. If you know Delhi, you know Okhla is pretty much all about industry and business. It’s busy, it’s dusty, and there’s always a truck blocking the road somewhere. We’ve been here with Mercury Car Rental for a while now. Our place isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we manage the cars and the paperwork. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking keys. It’s a lot of back and forth. Okhla is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the noise, but it's where the action is. We aren't the type to use big marketing slogans. We just rent out cars. Some days we have a lot of vehicles sitting around, other days the lot is empty. That’s just how the business goes. We’ve got a few guys who handle the maintenance and a couple of us in the small office area. It gets cramped when everyone is here at once. We don't have a fancy waiting room with leather chairs. It’s more of a "pull up a plastic stool" kind of place. We’ve been in this neighborhood long enough to know all the shortcuts to avoid the main road traffic. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. We just try to keep things moving. If you’re looking for a rental and you’re in the Okhla area, you might see our signs around the industrial estate. It works for us.
