Mercurry Restaurant

Our place is called Mercurry Restaurant, and you can find us at B-63 in Durga Vihar. We are located right on Devli Road in the Khanpur Extension area of New Delhi. It is a busy neighborhood, and our post office is Puspa Bhawan. We have been cooking here for the locals for quite some time now. It’s not a five-star fancy place with white tablecloths. It is just a honest restaurant where we try to make good food every day. The kitchen is always the busiest part of the building. We start early in the morning, getting everything ready before the lunch crowd starts showing up from Devli Road. It gets pretty hot and noisy in there, especially when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. We don’t have any marketing experts telling us what we should say. We just serve the food and hope people like it enough to come back again. The street outside is usually full of cars and people walking, so there is always something to look at through the window. We are just a local team trying to keep the business going in 110062. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients or have a bad day with the stove, but we just fix it and keep moving. It is a simple life running a restaurant in Khanpur. We are just glad to be a part of the community here in Durga Vihar. That is really all there is to it.
