Medica International

Medica International is based at Rz-571A/403 on Street No-15D in Shivpuri Szagarpur. This part of the city has a lot of narrow streets and sometimes it’s hard for the delivery trucks to get right to our door. We deal with various medical items and international business from this small office. It is tucked away in a residential-looking area, so it’s a bit quieter than being on a main highway. We have shelves lined with boxes and files that seem to never end. The room is a bit small and we sometimes have to shuffle things around to make space for new stock coming in. Most of the work involves talking to suppliers and checking the details on the labels. It is a lot of looking at screens and making sure the numbers match up. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations in here. It’s just a practical work environment where we get things done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit and we just have to sit and wait or talk until it comes back on. Our neighbors are mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside or someone's scooter starting up. It’s a very local feel here in Shivpuri. We keep our heads down and focus on the orders that need to go out. It’s a modest operation, but we stay busy from morning until evening every day of the week.
