We have been here in Rohini Sector 20 for a while now. Dealing with medical machines and tools isn't always easy, but we manage to keep things going. Mostly we handle orders for small clinics and sometimes people coming in needing stuff for home care after a hospital stay. It gets busy, especially when the phones start ringing early in the morning and everyone wants their delivery at the same time. We keep things simple here. The shop isn't fancy or anything like those big showrooms in the city. Just shelves with monitors, surgical kits, and whatever else is in stock this week. Dealing with suppliers takes up a lot of my morning. Sometimes the deliveries are late, which is a real headache, but we get through it. People around here know where to find us if they need a wheelchair or a specific type of bandage. We don't really do big ads. It is just about getting the right gear to the person asking for it. I spend a lot of time checking the inventory because if one part is missing, the whole machine is useless. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes around and making sure everything is tidy enough to find things. Some days are slow, which lets me catch up on paperwork, but usually, there is someone at the door asking questions. We just try to keep the doors open and the stock ready. It’s what we do. Not much more to it than that. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years.
