Our office is located at House No -C 233 in West Vinod Nagar. It’s near Mangala and Patpargang here in New Delhi. It’s a residential-looking building, so it doesn’t feel like a big corporate headquarters. We handle shipping stuff, which means there is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and plenty of documents to sort through. The desks are covered in folders and logbooks. We have a small sitting area near the door for visitors, but mostly it’s just us working. The neighborhood is pretty lived-in, with shops nearby and kids playing in the street after school hours. Our space is spread across a couple of rooms. The lighting isn't the best, so we use a few desk lamps to see better when we are working late. We have a small cupboard where we keep the coffee and sugar. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any big posters or branding on the walls, just a few calendars and maybe a map. The street outside can get a bit congested with trucks and vans, which is normal for this part of town. We just get on with our jobs, checking the arrivals and making sure the paperwork is correct. It’s honest work and we do it from a quiet corner of West Vinod Nagar. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit muddy, but we just wipe our shoes and keep going.
