Mdlr Airlines

Our office is located at L-2/69 in New Mahavir Nagar, which is right in the middle of a very busy part of New Delhi. It is a residential area that has slowly turned into a place with lots of small businesses and shops. We are on one of the floors of a regular building, so it does not look like an airline headquarters at all when you first see it. Most of what we do here is administrative work and keeping things running. There are stacks of files everywhere and we spend a lot of time on the phone with the airport or other offices. The street outside is usually full of rickshaws and people going about their business, so it can be quite noisy if we leave the windows open for some air. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and tea for the staff. It is a simple space with basic furniture and some old computers. We are not trying to impress anyone with a big showroom or fancy lights. We just need a place to manage the schedules and keep track of all the small details that go into running flights. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all have to wait around for it to come back, which is just part of working here. We have a small team and we all know each other. It is a very local feel for an airline office. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
