Mdlr Airlines

Our office is located at 21A Mangla Puri in the Palam area of New Delhi. Being near Palam is handy because it’s so close to the airport stuff, which makes sense for an airline business like MDLR Airlines. The office here isn't anything grand. It’s a functional place where we manage the schedules and the administrative side of things. Palam is a busy area with a lot of narrow streets and local shops. We have a modest setup with desks, some old filing cabinets, and people constantly checking flight statuses. It’s a lot of coordination between the ground staff and the people in the office. Sometimes it feels like we’re always playing catch-up with the weather or technical delays. We aren't a massive airline with thousands of employees, so everyone here knows each other. It’s a bit like a small community. We spend our time looking at spreadsheets and talking on the radio or phone. The building is just a regular spot in Mangla Puri. It can get a bit hot in the summer, but we have our fans and AC units going to keep things moving. We focus on the practical side of flying—getting people from one place to another. There’s no corporate fluff here. We just show up, do our shifts, and try to make sure everything goes as planned. It’s a tough business, but we’ve been at it for a while now in this little corner of Delhi near the runway.
