Our office is located at I-75, Phase-1 in Ashok Vihar, Delhi-52. Mdlr Airlines Pvt.Ltd. is the name on the door. It is a regular office building in a well-known part of Delhi. We have been here for a good amount of time. It isn't a flashy airport terminal; it is just the administrative side of things where we handle the paperwork and the back-end tasks. The desks are usually covered in files and the phones are often ringing. Ashok Vihar is a busy area, so there is always movement outside. Inside, we just focus on the logistics and the daily grind. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here. It is just a group of people working together to keep things running. The walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and maps. It is a very functional space. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about regular stuff. It doesn't feel like a big impersonal company when you are inside. It feels more like a local office where everyone knows each other. We deal with the challenges of the day as they come up and don't spend much time on big speeches or fancy presentations.
