Our office for Mdlr Airlines is tucked away in Plot 36, specifically at B-808 in the Daffodil Apartments in Sector 6, Dwarka. It might seem a bit unusual to have an airline office inside a residential complex, but that’s where we are set up. It’s actually quite nice because it stays a bit quieter than a main road office. We have our computers and phones set up in one of the rooms. Most of the day is spent looking at screens and talking to people about schedules. Dwarka is a big area, and Sector 6 has a lot of families around, so you hear kids playing outside sometimes while we are working on flight details. We aren't a huge operation with a thousand people. It’s a smaller group of us making sure everything is tracked properly. We go down to the local market for tea or to pick up some stationery when we run out. The apartment building has its own rules, so we have to be mindful of the neighbors and not make too much noise. We don’t have big flashing signs or a reception desk with a uniform. It’s just a bunch of desks in a flat where we get the job done. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s a very grounded way to run things, even if the business is about being up in the air. We keep it simple and focus on the work.
