We’re working out of House No.-4 in the Main Masoodpur area of Vasant Kunj. Most people expect Mcdonalds India to be in a big shopping mall with bright lights, but this location is a bit different. It’s more of a local spot right in the middle of the neighborhood hustle. Masoodpur is a very crowded place, and there are always people moving around, so it never really gets quiet here. We have a lot of work to do keeping the place clean and making sure we have enough supplies for everyone who stops by. It’s a fast-paced environment, and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic behind the counter when the lunch rush hits. The staff is mostly young, and we’re all just trying to keep up with the pace. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s just a house that serves as our base of operations in this part of New Delhi. We deal with the usual problems like the heat in the summer or the delivery bikes getting stuck in the narrow lanes. We don't have any big slogans or promises to give out. We just show up, put on the uniform, and start serving. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with all sorts of people from the area. We just try to get through the day without any major issues and keep the customers from waiting too long. It is hard work, but we are used to it.
