Mcdonalds India

We are based out of 1/9 Kalkaji Extension in New Delhi. This is where we handle the daily operations and office work for Mcdonalds in this part of the city. The 110019 area is quite a busy place to work in. We have been here for a while now, and our routine is pretty much the same every day. We aren't out there flipping burgers in this specific office; it is more about the management and coordination side of things. It is a practical space with desks, computers, and a lot of files. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just come in, have our tea, and start working on whatever needs to be done for the restaurants. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when there are logistical issues to figure out. Kalkaji Extension is a good neighborhood to be in, though the noise from the street can be a bit much sometimes. We are just a regular team of people trying to keep things running smoothly. We don't spend time writing fancy mission statements or promotional material here. We just focus on the actual work. It’s a straightforward job in a straightforward office. Most of us have been here long enough that we know the local shops and the best places for a quick lunch. It’s just a normal part of our lives here in New Delhi, working at 1/9.
