Our restaurant is right there in Pushp Vihar, Sector-4, just off M.B Road. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, and there is always something going on outside our doors. We spend our time running back and forth between the kitchen and the counter. It gets really loud during the lunch rush when families come in and kids are running around. We aren't trying to be anything fancy; we just serve food to the local crowd. The staff here is mostly local, so we know the regulars who stop by after work or on their way home. M.B Road is always packed with traffic, so we see a lot of people just stopping in for a quick break from the driving. We spend a lot of time cleaning up, mopping floors, and making sure the tables are ready for the next group. It’s hard work on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. We don't have a polished corporate vibe here; it feels more like a local hangout for the neighborhood. Sometimes things get a bit messy, or we run out of something, but we just handle it as it comes. It is a simple operation in a busy part of the city. We like being in Pushp Vihar because there is always a sense of life and movement right outside. We’ve got a good team and we just try to keep up with the daily rush as best as we can.
