Mcdoanlds Family Restaurant

Our place, Mcdoanlds Family Restaurant, is right in the middle of Chuna Mandi in Paharganj. The address is 2617/9, which is a very busy part of the city. If you walk down these streets, you’ll see it’s always packed with travelers and locals. We are a family-run spot, and it can get pretty loud in the kitchen when the lunch rush hits. We spend most of our time making sure the tables are clean and the food is coming out. It’s not a big corporate chain or anything like that, just a local restaurant where we know a lot of the regulars by name. The building is old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we keep the kitchen busy. We have some fans going to deal with the heat from the stove. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients and have to send someone to the market nearby to grab more. It’s a lot of work running a restaurant in Paharganj. We don't have fancy menus, just the stuff people like to eat. The seating is simple and we try to make people feel welcome when they walk in out of the heat. It’s a bit messy sometimes when we’re really busy, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We just keep cooking and serving. It’s been our home for years and we are just regular people here.
