You can find us at 15-E in Kamla Nagar, right in the thick of things in Delhi-110007. This area is always buzzing, mostly because of the university students and the shoppers who crowd the lanes every single day. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a storefront among many others. Inside, it’s usually a bit of a madhouse during the lunch rush. We’ve got kids coming in after classes, families out for a weekend treat, and plenty of people just looking for a quick bite. The air is always thick with the smell of frying oil and the sound of people talking over each other. At Mc Donald'S India, we don’t really go for that polished corporate vibe you might expect. The floors get scuffed, and the tables are always being moved around. Our staff is mostly younger folks who are working hard to keep up with the orders. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a kitchen and some counters. It gets hot in the back, especially when the Delhi summer hits its peak. We just keep the AC running as best as we can and keep moving. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just show up, open the shutters, and stay until the last customer leaves. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes messy life, but it’s what we do here in this corner of the city.
