We do not really have a big fancy office building to point to; most of our world happens through emails and phone calls. Romasha's inbox is usually where everything starts. We spend our days, and a lot of our nights, planning out details for various gatherings. It is a lot of list-making and calling up vendors to see if they actually have what they promised. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting stuck in traffic or a decorator forgetting the right color of fabric. We just have to fix it on the fly. It is a bit of a chaotic way to make a living, but we have gotten used to the stress. We do not really have a set schedule. One day we might be sitting at home on the laptop all day, and the next we are out at a venue until three in the morning. It is a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time. We do not use a lot of big words or have a "philosophy" about what we do. We just try to make sure the event happens without too many hiccups. It is mostly just hard work and staying organized when everything feels like it is falling apart. We keep our notes on scraps of paper and in our phones. It is a simple operation run by people who just like getting things done.
