We operate out of Dashrathpuri, right in the Dwarka area. Our office is at D-118 on Street 18. It is a small setup, nothing like those big travel firms you see in the papers. We mostly deal with travel stuff, like booking trips and helping people figure out where they want to go for their holidays. Nitesh started this because he saw a need for someone local to handle tickets and tours without all the extra fuss. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or sitting at the computer checking flights and hotels. Dwarka is a big area, so we get a lot of locals coming by to ask questions. The office is just some desks and chairs where we sit and work through the paperwork. It gets noisy outside on the street sometimes, especially in the afternoons, but we have gotten used to it. We try to help out when someone has a problem with their booking or needs a car for a trip. It is a lot of organizing and double-checking dates to make sure nothing goes wrong. We do not have a massive staff, just a few people who know the travel business well enough to get things done. Most days are spent looking at maps or schedules. We have been here for a while and people know us around Street 18. It is just a regular local business trying to help others see a bit of the world. We stay busy with the calls.
