We operate out of House No. 89 in Mohd. Pur, which is over in the Rk Puram area of New Delhi. It’s a residential house that we’ve turned into an office space for our services. It’s much more relaxed than those high-rise buildings you see downtown. We have a few desks set up in the main rooms and a small area for files. Rk Puram is a pretty well-known spot, so people don't usually have too much trouble finding House 89 once they get into Mohd. Pur. The street outside can get a bit crowded with scooters and delivery vans, but inside it stays mostly peaceful. We spend our days handling various service requests and paperwork. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing, which makes things easier. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. If someone comes by, we just pull up a chair and talk. The building is an older one, so it has its quirks like windows that stick and a front door that needs a good shove to close properly. We like the local feel of being in a neighborhood instead of a business park. It feels more real and honest that way. We just keep up with our daily tasks and try to make sure everything at Maximax Services is running like it should.
