We are set up over in Malviya Nagar at 90/1A. It is a busy part of New Delhi, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. This office handles life insurance stuff mostly. Most of the day is spent talking to people about their policies and filling out various forms. It is a lot of fine print and making sure names and addresses are spelled correctly on the system. People come in looking a bit worried sometimes, and we just sit down and go through the papers together. The office is not very big, and we have folders stacked up on the metal shelves. Sometimes we run out of staples or the printer jams, which is quite annoying when we are busy. We have been in this spot for a bit now. People from the neighborhood know us. We are not trying to be some big corporate headquarters, just a place where you can get your insurance sorted out. Malviya Nagar has changed a lot over the years, but our little corner stays mostly the same. We drink a lot of water and tea during the long day. It is practical work. We check the charts, look at the numbers, and tell people what the options are. There is no pressure, just passing on the information. Sometimes we have to call the main office to get answers. It is just a regular job.
