Max New York Life Insurance Ltd

Our branch is located at E-172 in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of the city, which makes it a decent place to work. We are Max New York Life Insurance Ltd, but at this specific office, it feels much more like a small local team. We have several rows of desks where the agents and staff sit. Most of the day is spent on the phone or meeting people who live nearby and want to talk about their policies. It’s a lot of paper forms and signatures. We have a small water cooler in the corner where everyone gathers to gossip for a few minutes. The lighting is that typical office white, and we’ve got some plants by the window that we occasionally remember to water. It’s not a high-pressure environment like you might see on TV. We just take things one file at a time. The walk from the metro isn’t too bad, so most of us commute that way. We know the regular customers who come in to pay their premiums or ask questions. There’s no big corporate vibe here; it’s just us trying to stay organized and keep the records straight. On Fridays, someone usually brings in some sweets or snacks to share. It’s just a regular office doing regular work in a normal part of South Delhi. It gets the job done and we all get along well enough.
