Our office is at D 601, in the Jhulelal Apartment complex on Road No 44. Being in Pitam Pura is nice because it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a corporate hub. Delhi 110034 is where we call home. Max Healthstaff Int. Ltd. mostly focuses on finding people for healthcare jobs. It involves a lot of checking resumes and talking to hospitals. The apartment building is fairly easy to find, and we’re on one of the upper floors, so we get a decent view of the road below. It’s not a big corporate building with a glass front, just a regular place where we do our work. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we end up waiting around chatting with the neighbors. We have a few desks set up and plenty of files everywhere. Dealing with health staff means we have to be quite careful with details, which can be tiring by the end of the day. The tea here is okay, but we usually go out for a proper break to stretch our legs. We’ve been here for a bit and know the local shops around Road 44 pretty well. It’s a practical spot for us. We don't spend much on decorations; we just focus on getting people placed where they need to go. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every single week.
