Matrix Cellular International Services Pvt Ltd is located over in Sector-9 at House No. 638 in R.K. Puram. It’s a bit of an interesting setup because R.K. Puram is known for its government housing and quiet streets. House 638 is where we do our thing. We handle a lot of international cellular stuff, so the office is always buzzing with people talking about sim cards and roaming plans. It’s not like those fancy glass buildings in Nehru Place. It feels more like a house that was turned into a workspace, which gives it a bit of a different vibe. We have different rooms for different departments, and the hallways are often stacked with boxes of equipment. Most of our days are spent on computers or talking to customers who are heading abroad. The trees outside in Sector-9 give some nice shade, which is great during the Delhi summers. We don't really have a big flashy sign outside. People who need to find us usually know where to go. It’s a practical place. The kitchen area is where we all gather for a quick break or a cup of tea. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the different services we offer, but we’ve been doing it from this New Delhi address for a long time.
