Master Intercom

You can find us at Vikas Marg, right near Subhash Chowk at B-25. Laxmi Nagar is always crowded, and the noise from the traffic never really stops. Our shop is a bit small, and it is mostly full of wires, intercom handsets, and tools. We spend a lot of our time sitting at the workbench fixing circuit boards or testing new lines. It is a messy place with pieces of wire and screws all over the table. We don't really have a reception area or anything like that. When people come in, they just talk to us over the counter while we work. We have a lot of regular customers from the nearby apartment buildings and offices who need their systems repaired. Sometimes we have to go out on calls, so the shop stays locked for an hour or two. We write our appointments on a wall calendar. The B-25 location is easy to find once you get used to the layout of the block. We have an old ceiling fan that squeaks a lot, but we don't really notice it anymore. We just keep busy with the repairs and the installations. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out why a line has gone dead. We use simple tools and a lot of patience. Master Intercom has been here a while now, just doing this daily routine.
