Our small office is tucked away at A-22 in Jagat Puri. If you know Delhi, you know this area is always moving and full of noise. We focus on domestic travel, so we spend most of our time looking at routes across India. It’s mostly trains and local flights we deal with. There’s a big map on the wall that’s starting to peel at the corners, but we like it there. We aren’t some big agency with a call center. It’s just us sitting at a couple of desks. The overhead fan wobbles a bit when it’s on the highest setting. We get a lot of walk-ins from the neighborhood asking about bus timings or cheap ways to get to places like Haridwar or Jaipur. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a simple way of working. We don't use fancy software, just the usual websites everyone else uses. There’s a tea stall just down the road that brings us chai twice a day. The files are stacked in some metal cabinets that don’t always lock properly. It’s a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once. We’ve been in Jagat Puri for a few years and have seen the shops around us change quite a bit. We just stay here and help people get where they need to go within the country. It works for us.
