We are located on Shivalik Road in Malviya Nagar, which is a pretty lively part of New Delhi. Our office is on the ground floor at 4/59. Being on the ground floor is helpful because people can just walk in from the street when they are thinking about taking a trip. Shivalik Road is always busy with traffic and people walking by, so there is a lot of energy around. Inside, we have our desks set up with travel brochures and computers. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work for the tours and travels we organize. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people come in at once asking about different holiday packages or train tickets. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a few stools and chairs near the front. We’ve been in Malviya Nagar for a good while, so we know the local area well. Most of the staff lives nearby too. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels or checking flight schedules. It’s the kind of place where things are always moving. We don't bother with a lot of corporate talk here at Mars Tours & Travels. We just tell people what is available and help them book it. It's an honest day's work in a busy neighborhood. The chai wallah nearby keeps us going through the long afternoons.
